Impact — What changed after Month 1
Impact — What changed after Month 1
Through the AIT initiative, we discovered that teams who are familiar with AI are leveraging it extensively — self-purchasing accounts, building team-specific skills, and developing internal features. Not all teams are at the same level, but those who know how to use AI are maximizing it across their workflows. Credit to the teams themselves; AIT's role is to accelerate adoption and bridge the gap for the rest.
Tech Teams
Software Engineering Coding, code quality scanning, unit testing. ~100% engineers use AI for daily tasks.
Quality Engineering Test automation with AI assistance
Data MCP deployment, Dashboard creation, SQL generation
Game Development AI applied to game programming (detailed report to follow)
Non-tech Teams
Research & Analysis Research via Claude (Sensor Tower, Apify), market intelligence
Reports & Presentations Creating reports with Claude (PPT, HTML) — growing adoption
Creative Leveraging AI tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Leonardo, Freepik) to maximize time & output
Business Operations Building internal features, automating workflows
~100% of VNGGames engineers are using AI for their daily tasks
03
Workflow inventory — collected from all teams
Workflow requests collected across VNGGames
AIT has been gathering AI workflow needs from every team. These workflows will be addressed in two tracks: teams self-solve with AIT enablement, or AIT co-develops in Phase 2.
